Once the customers successfully solved the puzzle within a given time, they are automatically registered for your prize draw. Thus getting a chance to win a prize, e.g., a discount code. To solve the puzzle, your customers have three attempts. If your customers used all their attempts and could not solve the puzzle in time, they unfortunately lost. Or can only try again by reloading the page and starting from the beginning.
